Why is the company changing its brand?

Branding the company and businesses as Marsh will bring the full impact of our businesses under one powerful name and brand. It simplifies our story, enables us to better showcase the full breadth of our expertise and enhances our market presence.

What does the change in brand mean for clients?

For clients, a new, expanded Marsh brand makes it simpler to access our full range of solutions and our comprehensive expertise and capabilities across risk, strategy and people with no change to the client service or solutions that clients have come to expect from each of our businesses.

What aspect of the business will remain the same?

This is a change to our brand strategy, not our business structure. We will continue to serve clients as we do today with solutions and services across risk, strategy and people.

We will continue to focus on our clients’ needs and specialize to support them in the best way possible. Current client teams and contracts will remain in place.

When will the full change in brand take effect?

The transition to one brand will occur over the course of 2 years, starting in January 2026 and ending in 2027.

Marsh will become Marsh Risk. Guy Carpenter will become Marsh Re. Mercer will become Marsh People and Investments. Oliver Wyman will become Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business.
